being able to walk away is everything. i'm sure they are stunned you did. BRAVA (even tho i know it sucketh). Here's to the house that's waiting for you to fall in lurv with it and all the memories waiting to be made...without a tree o'doom.
I'm impressed that you thought to have that tree checked out. How many people would have noticed that all was not right with that tree? I agree with buyit, it was an act of strength to walk away.

@Haggadar - it's in Lyndon. hate leaving the highlands but house are overpriced there. I go to Westport village sometimes so at least it would've been close to some walking distance eats and drinks. but booooooo. the owners suck.
